My Path to Lucid Living

Honoring every experience as an opportunity for learning and growth.

Our Deepest Fear…

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous,
talented and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?

You are a child of the divine.

Your playing small does not serve the world.

There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other

people won’t feel insecure around you.

We were born to make manifest the glory of
the light that is within us.

It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine,
we unconsciously give other people
permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.

—Marianne Williamson

Tonight I have been thinking a great deal on the nature of reality, and the power of our beliefs to make it so. For what is reality, but that which we believe it to be? So can we not create joy and light, where we so often accept pain and darkness? For it is a choice. There is no power so great as that which we exert over our own minds. Whether you believe you can, or you cannot, you will always be right. So why not choose great expansive joy? Why not dwell on that which is beautiful and right with the world? Why not see challenge as they are, which is simply an opportunity to learn? We are all here to experience, but we have always had the power to decide what our experiences will be, even if that choice is what to make of them.

Reblogged this on Remember Who You Are and commented:
In my opinion, one of the truest and most important poems of all time. It is so so important to remember these things, as I often do not, they can make all the difference in your life.
